Terms and Conditions Agreement
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Xentinel AI ("Xentinel AI"), regarding your use of Xentinel AI's AI Chatbot (the "Service").

By registering for and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

Registration
In order to use the Service, you must register and create an account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address and other information required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, and to keep your information up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Use of the Service
The Service is solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Accessing or attempting to access the Service using a third-party account without authorization;
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the security measures of the Service;
- Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
- Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; and
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks used to provide the Service, or that violates any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such servers and networks.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Xentinel AI or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials available through the Service without prior written consent from Xentinel AI or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Xentinel AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Service.Xentinel AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Xentinel AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xentinel AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination
Xentinel AI may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability to you.Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service, and delete any content or materials obtained through the Service.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Changes to the Agreement
Xentinel AI may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Service.Your continued use of the Service after such modifications have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
